Yeah, Yao was awesome, and he is a fine example of great hearted person, who loves his country. I have nothing but respect for the man in all honesty.

Awesome. Now I understand why Yao wanted to be there so badly.

As a ROckets Fan, I am proud that Yao's on our team

hey guys, my dad is got it recorded on the dish thing. they are doing the re-run soon in their cable channel. if you have dish, you can record it and watch it tomorrow. otherwise, i am sure they'll show it again sometimes. just check the schedule. it's right before the end. :)

Born in Shanghai, grew up in Houston. Damn I'm proud to call home to the two cities that Yao calls home.

Anybody that's a Rockets fan should be proud of Yao. That was great. The interview at the end after the ceremonies were over showed how sincere he is about the Olympics and his pride for his country. Go Yao!

I just finished watching... and my freaking recording stopped just as Yao was talking!! ARGH!

That opening ceremony was absolutely fantastic. And I am really glad that wasn't Yao swinging around the top of the Bird's Nest to light the torch!

He and that little kid were absolutely adorable.

Now someone get me a youtube of that whole interview I only saw the beginning of!!! ;) Thank you in advance!
