I'm sure you saw my other post, but:

    Rashard Lewis
    TJ Ford
    Daniel Ewing
    Moses Malone Jr.
Also, I forgot to mention Kenny Taylor
And that guy who played with Rashard...he was the center for Elsik and he was supposed to go straight to the NBA, but he got busted for coke or something - anybody remember his name? Maybe Shay...something like that?

Giff Nielson did my pre-baptismal interview back when I decided I would be Mormon for a little while - does that count for anything? :p

1975 played a full-court game at Guilford College. Some sturdy dude was in the game and I was "asked" to check him (chuckle-chuckle). It was World B. (Lloyd) Free. He scored 6 of his team's 10 points-- 3 of them dunks.

He had just returned from Philly after signing his rookie contract as their #1 pick.

I had a team sports class with Donnie Avery, lined up against him a few times during the football section of the class...

For me its just Okafor and Lucas III back in highschool.

I only guarded Lucas on two plays and shut him down on both :p. He tried to cross me, and I got my hand in there and knocked it out. Second time, he tried to blow by me for a layup, just stayed with him all the way, and he missed it. Both times he was talking trash with his friends as how he almost "got" me.

For Okafor, I helped set up a 3 on 3 tournament (don't even think he was allowed to play, but he did). I entered as a sub for a team in which their 3rd player didn't show, so I faced a game against him.

Actually now that I think about it, I don't think Lucas was allowed to play either, I think our school had a policy against playing basketball outside of practice for injury reasons.

The only kind of famous one was Dave Feitl, and he had a bad attitude, and slammed the ball as hard as he could off the court. I can't even remember the reason he started acting like such a spoiled little baby.

I never liked him even when he was on the Rockets.
