Now that the Sonics and Rocks are tied for the 12th pick, who has the tie-breaker if it ends that way?

They either look at Conference Record (in which case we'd get the 12th pick), or they flip a coin. I know for non-lottery picks, they flip a coin for tie breakers.

I think they'd our lotto balls and Seattle's and then divide them evenly. They flip a coin to see who gets the extra ball if there is one. And they also randomly choose who's 12th and who's 13th. I think.
