I'm going to the Rockets and Nuggets game on Jan. 23 here in Colorado and I was wondering what are the chances that they will be selling Steve Francis jerseys there? I can't remember if away teams ever have merchandise during games.

I was at the Seattle game, and I saw nothing but Seattle merchendise. I can't speak for other arenas, but I saw nothing Rocket related, except for the 111-104 victory of course.

Even at a Clippers game, the arena only sold Clippers (OK, and Lakers) merchandise!

At the alamodome, they only sold Spurs jerseys. . . why someone would want a Felton Spencer Jersey I will never know . . .

    You guys will love this!

I went to the first game of the season here in Dallas between the Mavs and Rockets.

Outside, there was a trailer with all kinds of Mavs stuff and they were selling it cheap (due to the logo change for next year). The had some Rockets stuff.....but what it was, you will scoff at.

They had ONE t-shirt, one hat, and.....

    ONE SCOTTIE PIPPEN JERSEY.

    GRRRRRR!

chances are pretty low that you'll find opposing team stuff at an away game.

your best bet is to buy online or go to a sports type store in your area...or try ebay...

    good luck

I was at this game as well. I had brought a lot of money to spend on Rockets souvenirs, but there wasn't any. However, when I went to a Blazers game a couple years back they had some there.

I went to the Cavs game on Jan. 2, but I only saw Cavs stuff. I didn't look for merchandise so I could have missed some Rox stuff.

I went to Rockets/Warriors game over the Christmas Holidays in Houston. I was born and raised in Houston, but now live in Nashville. I bought my tickets a month in advance, and Steve and Cuttino were both hurt and didn't play. I was pissed, but I got to see Dan Langhi get some PT, woo hoo! I'm planning a road trip to Atlanta in March. Hopefully I'll get to see Steve, Cuttino, and Shareef!

Last road game I went to was the one last season in D.C. I'll be at the Alamodome February 3 for that game with the Rockets. One tip for all of you going to Rockets games away from Houston- show up early and wear your Rockets stuff. Last year I was over an hour early to the game against the Wizards and I can't tell you how nice the team was. Steve signed for everybody obviously, since it was his home in D.C. But I got my hat autographed by Steve, Shandon, and Cuttino. On the road, I was about the only one in the arena with Rockets stuff on, and all I had to do was call Shandon and Cuttino by first name and they came over to me, talked for a minute, and signed my hat. The whole team was extremely friendly and classy on the road. Even Bill and Calvin were-- Calvin came up into the seats and took a picture with me. Anyway, whole point of this is that from my experience the Rockets are very friendly to their fans on the road- so if you're going to a game like in Denver, show up early!
