Have you been a troll in your previous life? Post it here...maybe with the story of why you were banned... I hope Clutch doesn't mind this thread...he has been generous enough to let people back in after they did stupid and silly stuff.
As far as current members that have been banned for one thing or another. I know HP and Cat have had banned stints and Nomar was banned for a few hours a couple of months ago. But not sure of the others. I also know that there have been several reincarnations of BobRainey and he still shows up every once in a while. CK
I think Bob Rainey might be someone from the Clutch Crew. Maybe not originally, but one of them used that name in chat, I thought. I have been banned because I was acting stupid. I had never visited message boards and then I thought it's funny to start big arguments. I got banned, registered another user name, acted like a very poor man's LHutz and got banned again. Looking back, it was not very clever. You live and learn .
I got banned from Chat during the Rockets/Celtics game on Monday for discussing Joe Millionaire, which was going on at the same time. It was just for the rest of that game, though.
I guess what I really meant is that the original BobRainey shows up with other user names. I forgot to mention that B-Bob had an alternate name banned(EstellaWarren I think it was )
Joke over head -- please explain. I have not been banned (yet), but was threatened when a user named "Dr. Laura" showed up and people assumed I created "her." How ridiculous.
Thankfully I have never been banned. I've only been in a flaming war once, learned my lesson. I had never been on a message board either. Castor - do you know your sig has a spelling error in it?
Probably there was that one time where you didn't post for six straight hours. That must have led to that assumption .
Bob Rainey was a true troublemaker with many screen names, not a Clutch Crew member. Estella Warren (and Bill Walton) was Manny Ramirez.
Shockingly, I have never been banned from either the BBS or chat. I think I'm still on probation with Jeff, however, after a couple of animal comments.
First, I don't remember any comments you made regarding animals recently. Second, there are reasons a person should be banned and making comments with which I happen to disagree is not one of them. Third, Clutch is the final say-so on ANYONE who is banned, not me.
I was banned nearly two years ago, and reinstated the same day. I certainly have Turned the corner since then.

I've been banned at leas three times. Clutch let me back in after I started whining like Allen Iverson during an interview. Been banned from chat many many times. DOD's old virgin eyes can't stand my language.
