How much younger can Houston get lol? Houston is where Orlando wants to be (lots of young potential and draft picks). Orlando had a top-5 player but was too stupid to get proper value for him. They will suck for a long time unless Stern pulls some frozen-envelope **** and gives them another #1 pick.

I think he's asking, who will start blatantly tanking first. Like, shutting down best guys with marginal injuries, giving best guys 'rest' and such.

I think probably Orlando, because I don't think Houston will need to do that, they'll be bad as it is.
Orlando on the other hand will actually need to do it in order to get a good pick. Once they have no shot at the playoffs, they are likely to start shutting down some of their better guys.

I don't see why anyone would think Houston would tank this season. Is this their first season as a Rockets fan? Not happening with Mauri & Le$ upstairs.

Even if Orlando gets a top pick- they still have several albatross contracts. They'll end up in mediocrity with no cap space leaving the team to be build around Cody Zeller and Arron Affalo.
