Y'know, I still don't know if Topps is going to sponsor the player cards in Madden this year. I guess not. I probably would have finished picking player images by now, since the game ships in August. That sucks. I guess no free Madden for me.
Hey, I wonder if the dynasty mode will reflect Miami and VaTech switching to the ACC in the 2nd year? I assume the game is too far along to correct it by now.
So, in Madden 2004 you can build your own stadium, set your own prices for concessions to make the fans happy, yet still pull in money to hire coaches and players, and you can use throw back uniforms? I seriously can't wait to buy this game...
Totally. I'm stoked as well. I've been reading so much about both Madden and NCAA 2004. I love all the intricate stuff they are adding, like if you are a high profile team, and you lose on the road, the crowd starts chanting "over-rated!" Plus, I like the fact that you can now control player celebrations after scoring, like the heisman pose. Did ya'll see about the in season sports illustrated covers on the game? I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it's really fresh. I saw a screenshot of one advertising roy williams for the heisman, although it only said WR #4 since it doesn't come with player names on the game. Anyway, I'm so excited, I started a new dynasty last night on 2003. Only a couple weeks left to wait, though.
I think if your guy has a good game, he gets the cover of Sports Illustrated. Pretty sweet. I hope they update some more of the fight songs. They still have "cheerleaders" instead of "yell leaders" at A & M. I'm sure the Aggies love that.
mine is preordered from ebgames. This is the only EA game thats worth getting. correction red...NFL 2K4 will be called ESPN NFL FOOTBALL and all other games will have ESPN name from this year forward... this picture is big.
NCAA 2k3: That last houston team was 0-11. You can't start with a team much worse than that. I just got 2k3 two weeks ago. I'm on my third season with UH and I'm 11-0 ranked number 3. Aready beat Miami who dropped down to number 9 with three losses. Must Pass Oklahoma or Pitt to get into big game. Question? Is EA much better than 2k3 or the same? Which one has a better franchise?
