Idk when, but the only QBs I'd consider are Carr and AJ.

I think we can probably get AJ in rd3 so I'd like to take my boy from Tech Jace Amaro in rd2.

UCLA OG Xavier Su'a-Filo in the 2nd

Nebraska CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste in the 3rd

Alabama QB AJ McCarron in the 4th

Missouri CB E.J. Gaines with the 4th round comp pick

Michigan State ILB Max Bullough in the 5th.

After that , its a crap shoot.

His mental aspects of his game really scares and sometimes you just can't fix that no matter what you do. Rather stay away from that and get Tuitt/Hageman/Moses

Maybe Lee. Just because talent is there.

I don't know what y'all are seeing on film when it comes to Derek Carr because all I see is a trash quarterback.

Oline, DT, or QB. I trust whoever they pick.

At this point, if I had my full say, it'd be Cyrus K from Alabama or Hageman from Minnesota to start it off. Then, in the third, you take whoever is left out of Garoppolo and Savage. If available, Tre Mason in the fourth. It probably won't work out that way, I'm sure.

I'm just going to sit back and enjoy it, though. This staff knows more than I do, so I'll let them work.

    Wouldn't mind Carr, either.

I think I would prefer one of the DTs.

The next tier of QBs will still be there at 3.1. OBie said that there was not a big gap between the first and second tier.

My preference would be OT or defensive front seven.

    1. Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri
    3. Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
    5. Xavier Su'a-Filo, OL, UCLA
    6. Stephon Tuitt, DT, Notre Dame
    7. Ra'Shede Hageman, DT, Minnesota
    8. Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia
    9. Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State
    10. Louis Nix III, DT, Notre Dame
    11. Joel Bitonio, OT, Nevada
    13. Demarcus Lawrence, DE, Boise Stat
    16. Ego Ferguson, DT, LSU
    20. Cameron Fleming, OT, Stanford
    26. Jeremiah Attaochu, DE, Georgia Tech
    27. Preston Brown, LB, Louisville
    29. Trent Murphy, LB, Stanford
    30. Carl Bradford, LB, Arizona State
    31. Cyril Richardson, OL, Baylor
    33. Scott Crichton, DE, Oregon State

I would not be surprised if the Texans traded their two third picks or some such, to get a second pick in the second round.

After you draft a QB, you give him all of the tools to succeed by getting him playmakers, good O'linement, and a good running game.

Similarly, if you draft a talent like Clowney, you need to give him a nose tackle that will keep QBs from being able to step up in the pocket and avoid the outside rush.

"In the pass rush, he gets push down the pocket with a powerful bull rush. Nix helps take away quarterbacks' ability to step up in the pocket and that helps his edge rushers rack up sacks. Nix won't record sacks, but he can contribute to a good team rush in the NFL."

Louis Nix III, come on down big fella.

Trade down 5-10 picks and get a 3rd and/or 4-5th round draft pick extra.

Trade the 33 to the niners for 56 and 61. They may want Lee and may be willing give up 2 second. Rounders to get him.
