My predictions are.... West: G: CP3 G: Kobe F: Amare F: Duncan C: Yao Reserves: Brandon Roy, Deron Williams, Shaq, Dirk, Billups, Melo and Durant East: G: Iverson ( shouldn't make it ( G: Wade F: LeBron F: KG C: Dwight Howard Reserves: Nelson or Danny Granger ( Hard to tell), Joe Johnson, Devin Harris, Vince Carter, Bosh, Pierce and Ray Allen
I know Tony Parker missed a nice chunk of time, but he's been great this season. He might beat out Billups. Also, I don't think there's any question that Granger makes it. D.Harris, J.Nelson, and R. Rondo have all played really this season, but I think it's going to go to Harris.
East Dwight Howard Kevin Garnett Lebron James Dwayne Wade Allen Iversn Reserves: Chris Bosh, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce, Vince Carter, Devin Harris (only pg in East), Elton Brand West Yao Ming Tim Duncan Amar'e Stoudemire Kobe Bryant Tracy McGrady Reserves: Chris Paul, Dirk Nowitzki, Carmelo Anthony, Brandon Roy, Shaquille O'Neal, Kevin Durant or Steve Nash
oops 3. Lebron 4. KG 5. Howard Harris, Joe, Granger, Pierce, Bosh, Allen West 1.kobe or 1. paul 2.tmac 2.kobe 3. amare 4. duncan 5. yao if cp3 didnt get in as a starter then, that means he has to be a reserve, so if he took one of the guard reserve spot away that means some1 else will not make it. so if tmac make the starter team then, reservers: Cp3, roy, anthony, dirk, shaq, artest
West G: Kobe G: Paul F: Amare F: Duncan C: Yao Bench: Deron, Terry, Roy, Dirk, Melo, Gasol and Shaq East G: Harris G: Wade F: Lebron F: Garnett C: Howard Bench: Nelson, Iverson, Joe Johsnon, Carter, Pierce, Granger, Bosh
If Iverson doesn't start I don't think he will be a reserve. Also I doubt Jason Terry will make the team.
i'll put in an extra just in case someone is injured West : Durant, Billups East: Ray Allen, Derrick Rose
im giving these predictions on who I believe should make it but realistically (since it is a popularity contest) I don't see guys like Terry and Nelson making it. Well there's still some time so we'll see if AI can convince the coaches
Hopefully KD35 gets on the team. Even though OKC is having a horrendous, yet expected season, Durant has kept them close in a good amount of ballgames. He certainly hasn't suffered from any type of a sophomore year slump, and is even shooting at an efficient 47% for the year so far.
I can say who deserves the All-Star ballot. West: Chris Paul / Chauncey Billups Kobe Bryant / Brandon Roy / Kevin Durant Amare Stoudemire / Carmelo Anthony Tim Duncan / Dirk Nowitzki / Pau Gasol Yao Ming / Al Jefferson East: Devin Harris Dwayne Wade / Joe Johnson / Vince Carter LeBron James / Danny Granger / Paul Pierce Kevin Garnett / Chris Bosh / Antawn Jamison / Rashard Lewis? Dwight Howard Really having trouble finding a deserving C and PG in the East... A crapload of forwards though.
Tmac will start for sure he is leading in votes over Paul. Also if the Bulls are in the playoff hunt Rose will start. There is no way both Harris and Carter are in the allstar game unless the Nets are a top 5 team in the east.
