Who do you picture Darth Vader is without a helmet?

    I was watching Jumper the other night, and I realized that the Star Wars Prequels conditioned me to think as Hayden Christiensen as Darth Vader, not the generic old guy in Return of the Jedi. What do you think?

    Seriously, I didn't even dawn on me that that was Anakin Sywalker in Jumper.

    Anyway, Darth Vader is a old, pasty, bald dude.

    Jumper was actually a pretty good movie. Fun and senseless. I'd watch a sequel :)

    Yeah, my wife and I really enjoyed it, and it made over $250m worldwide, so it's safe to say it will get a sequel. My favorite character was Griffin (the Irish Jumper). He was nuts.

    I prefer to think of David Prowse as Darth Vader.


    If I had to choose between the two "unmasked" Vader's, I guess I'd go with Sebastian Shaw(the old dude) since I try to pretend the prequels never happened. Plus I like that little nod he gives Ben at the end of Jedi when he appears as a Force ghost.

    Hayden and Lucas turned Vader into a petulant little child, I definitely do not see him as Vader. If you ever saw scenes of Star Wars with David Prowse saying the lines, you wouldn't picture him either. Frankly, I don't picture anybody, ole' egghead was pretty dissappointing the first time I saw him too.

    Good question, I really don't know. But I do know that I wouldn't be picturing Fatty as the real Vader aka the man without the mask.
