    Here are their free agents:

    Chris Andersen
    Juwan Howard

    Here are their amnesty candidates:

    Joel Anthony
    Mike Miller

Here's the only player with a team option:

    Mario Chalmers

What moves do the Heat make?

I think they amnesty Miller and try to trade Joel Anthony for a 2nd round pick to cut some salary. They also pick up Chalmers' option. I don't know if Andersen signs for a minimum deal given his stellar play in the postseason, but he's to the Heat what Rodman was to the Bulls. Howard likely retires.

Nonetheless, the playoffs showed that they need a third point guard and more size at the 5.

Here are available vets who could sign for minimum deals:

    PG:

    Mo Williams
    Jose Calderon
    John Lucas III
    Ish Smith
    Gilbert Arenas

They could also invite Seth Curry to training camp as a third pg in an Eddie House type of role.

    Center:

    Chris Kaman
    Emeka Okafor
    Samuel Dalembert
    Zaza Pachulia
    Greg Oden
    Nenad Krstic

They need a center who defends and shoots 3s, spacing the floor for LeBron.
    Bynum?

Billups & Dalembert already said they're interested. They, of course, have also been linked to Oden.

Dalembert would be a good fit for them. They just need a rim protecter/post defender. Oden could be a decent wildcard pick also.

Okafor could be a pretty good pick up.

    Dalembert and Billups.

They need a low post defender.

I'd rather have Chris Andersen than Dalembert-- and it may come down to choosing between the two of them. Specifically, given that Chris Andersen has been with them for less than 1 full year, they only have "non-Bird" rights on him (kind of ironically), which allows them to offer up to 120% of his current salary, the veteran minimum. Given Andersen's level of play, my guess is that he will have better offers elsewhere and it will require them to expend the "tax-payer mid level" starting at around $3M in order to keep him. Dalembert is likely to command something in that price range, too, and there is only one such exception. Each of them could get more, but we are talking about two older guys so teams could be leery about paying them.

Also, if they amnesty anyone, it's likely going to be Joel Anthony, who was out of the rotation rather than the actually useful Mike Miller.

Would not be surprised to see them take the risk on Greg Oden. Will come cheap and if he can get on the court at all will give them some size down low.

Can really see then needing a 3/4 to back up lebron. They don't wanna kill him with all those minutes. I guess Shane, miller, Allen can make do buy they really need to lessen their stars minutes.

Riley needs to explore what he can get for Bosh. They need a true inside presence on the defensive end. I dont think he will let him go though because he does help space out the floor for Wade and James.
