For all those who thought Cat never should have first eaten into Shandon minutes and then taken his starting spot. Nice line Shandon 8 mins 1 of 4 from the field 0 of 1 from the 3 1 of 4 from the line 1 rebound 1 steal 1 turnover 1 pt Enjoy making your Pine money, perhaps use it to buy some offensive ability!!! YOU SUCK!!!
LOL Yeah we only have this loser named Torres who hits clutch shots after clutch shots. I think Shandon would have a little more style than Torres on the bench.
what...so he could end our misery by dribbling it off his foot and basically handing the knicks the game...although mobes did a pretty good job of that himself
would have been disappointed, and considered you may have grown up from your one mistake reactionary crap posts if you hadn't posted this
Ahh good ol Smeg: Can't face facts about Cuttino. Resorts to attacks. It's humor to make a point. And Mobley did a stupid thing. Deal with both.
Shandon, shmandon. We lost the damn game. He could have scored 40, grabbed 10 boards, had 10 steals, 10 blocks and 10 assists and I wouldn't care, as long as we win the friggin game! Why is it that someone starts off hot(Glen Rice) that we completely go away from that guy in the second quarter?
Ahh good old Clutch instead of saying geez Shandon played like a dog and I'm glad we have Mobes you have to have b**** about one error he makes. How many shots did the team miss tonight you don't mention them all, any one of those missed shots might have give the team two more points, you pick and choose the mistakes and always pick Cats, nothing like your consistent bias. When he's out say "get well soon Cat" but when he comes back it's back to the normal reactionary Clutch. Where did i ever say Cat played the perfect game. Have no problem dealing with any of Mobes' mistakes, never have, just the fact they are the only one's you ever mention. His game is going to be a balance of the sensational with a few mistakes. Rather this than some conservative game like Shandon, where he may not make mistakes but when do you ever get anything sensational. Did Mobley's one mistake blow all of the 17 point lead?
Mobley shooting his jump back J from 17 ft dead center to the basket is a mistake? Because it was too early in the clock?? Is that your reason? NY was smothering everything, and we still got 3 looks late, all of them due to Mobley passing. All of the looks in the end were due to Mobley passing. After that, Mobley takes his favorite shot dead on center, and it is a mistake? Smeggy, As for Shandon,,,wasn't he supposed to be our defensive stopper. Wasn't it Mobley with the 3 one-on-one steals of Sprewell...and no penetration that forced NY to run Mobley through a pile of picks to get Sprewell open in the last 7 minutes of the 4th.
And as bad as those numbers are, they still fail to indicate how poorly Shandon played last night. some memories from the game .... in the first half, he blew a three-point play by missing a lay-up, then missed one of two free throws... later on, he bricked a wide open lay-up and on other end slapped Oscar Torres' wrist so hard on a shot attempt (that went in) that I heard the reverberations in Section 317. .... in the 2nd quarter, after being swatted on one end, he raced back only to get dunked on (slightly) by Torres. ... shortly thereafter he missed a WIDE OPEN three... it was a poor game for Shandon. People around me were not happy with his performance.
you're not doing rocket math... 2pts for fg + 1pt for ft - 10pts for sucking + 8pts for makin us laugh=1pt
