    a healthy tmac. :)

but out of the newcomers, I'd love to see snyder turn it up and obliterate the other 2guards on the defense.

Mostly T-MAC but I'd like to see them all play and lead us to the promised land!

Having a dominant Yao for a full season. Also want to see how much potential Spanoullis and Novak have.

Most of the other guys are constants - we know about what we will get from each one (whether good or bad).

But Novak and Killbill (I am torn between calling him Killbill or Vspan) are unkowns. Unkowns are fun - just like getting Christmas gifts from under the christmass tree.

    Hence Killbill takes the cake.

    1. Killbill - because he is Killbill

    2. Yao - because of the superstar numbers he put up post toe surgery

    3. Novak - Lights out Kavon (move over Lidge) - Double Yao or Mac and die!

Hopefully a dominant Yao for the whole season along with a healthy Tmac and our new acquisitions.

I'm excited about V-Span, only because 99% of us know absolutely nothing about him.

i'm excited about Yao's run for league MVP! man, that would shut up 85% of the critics. then again, they probably won't vote for him to save face.

I want Novak to be successful with the Rockets just as much as the next guy, but some people are thinking that he will save the us. Unfortunately, i dont see him getting too many minutes with his lack of defense. Hopefully by the end of the season he will get some solid minutes and will be able to contribute.

But everyones gotta chill, and not expect too much. cuz if he doesnt do well, then the poor guy will be flamed as a bust. (i.e. dan langhi and boki nachbar) remember, we have drafted a 6'10 lights out shooter on numerous unsuccessful occasions.

I'm very excited to see tracy mcgrady play. He didn't have a great season last year with all the injuries and off-court problems. I wish he comes out strong and gets more recognization from the league. IMO he can put up MVP numbers if he is healthy. With the help of battier, and the rest of rockets t-mac and yao can get it done better than two years ago. There is no more divison seeding for the playoffs so rokets can be top 4 maybe 5.

I want to see what role Battier will play for us in terms of offense. Is he the typical perimeter player for JVG? Shoot the 3 and defend all the time? Or will he actually decide to let Shane play more of his game around the baseline and posting up?

On top of that, I really want to see if Yao is more deferred to now since his emergence, than Tracy? I want to see a healthy, dominant McGrady on the perimeter, with a focus, dominated Yao Ming in the middle. That's going to be very interesting to see.

Battier only because he is one of the few players in the NBA who I wouldnt mind having on our team for a few years now.. IMO the guy will make a perfect fit into JVGs system and he will be a younger version of Jim Jackson.
