Since the Rockets wont be in it (again) . Who are you guys pulling for? I am a Lakers fan, so obviously I will be rooting for them. But should they be ousted, I think I will go for the Mavs. Steve Nash has to be the coolest player in the league. and I think Mark Cuban deserves a championship more than any other owner because he is probably the only one that actually loves his team as a fan .

Toronto in the East for Hakeem and nobody in the West... I suppose anyone except Seattle, Utah, or LA.

NOT a Texas team. Even though I hate them, I just hope the Lakers win again because it will be all the more special next year when the Rockets beat them in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals. In the east, I'm pulling for the Magic and Sixers...not necessarily b/c I like their team...I like Tmac and Iverson. I hope the Mavs, Spurs, Kings, NETS all get swept. I'd be okay with the Celts coming out of the east; P-double and 'Toine are pretty fun to watch.

I'm pulling for the Mavs. I like the team, and even if it is not the Rockets, I think it would be cool to live in a city that has a national championship again.

I don't really have one other team I want to win. I do, however, have teams I don't want to win. Those are:

    Portland - hate Pippen
    Jazz - 'nuff said
    Sonics - Payton = icky
San Antonio - I like Duncan, but for some reason the rest of the team rubs me the wrong way; maybe I still resent the old "Robinson is better than Hakeem" thing

The Entire Eastern Conference - because I don't want to have to listen to all the inevitable "the West is overrated" crap

No Texas teams. I want the rockets to have the most championship rings in the state of Texas.

I'd like to see a Nets-Lakers, or even more preferably Celtics-Lakers NBA Finals.

Since everyone will be going against LA, I want LA to win.

    Best team should always win.

It always a shame when great players who have great careers end their playing days without ever winning a championship. It doesn't matter which team you play for or who you are. So believe it or not, I'll be going for the Utah Jazz to win it all! But I give 'em about a .01% chance to actually win it, so its not a very realistic pick. After Utah, I'll be going for Seattle or Dallas or Minnesota in the West. And Boston, Charlotte, or Detroit in the East.

LA and Dallas in the west.....

Does the east still do that whole playoff thing? Seems like a waste of time....oh well. I guess New Jersey, Boston, even Detroit. I still like the Bucks in the East if they can somehow MAKE the playoffs.

    Spurs. Go Tim Go!

I also love the Bucks style of play, but with their current struggles they might not even make the playoffs. Something needs to click very soon, but in the East anything is possible.

Here's an idea for the Bucks

    STOP LETTING THOMAS SHOOT

at least from more than 12 feet out where he has yet to show any consistancy on his shot.

He reminds me of Terrance Morris from time to time

    Utah Jazzholes?

    Are you sure?

What have you been smoking?

    ;)

I'd rather Ewing get his ring. I will root for the Raptors too (because of Dream!).

    No Malone! No Stockton!
