i was reading an other forum and someone was saying who he tought where the 10 best players, i'd like to know who you think are the best 10 and in wich order. and why my top 10 are: 1Duncan 2Bryant 3o'neal 4Garnett 5 Francis 6 Kidd 7 Nowitzki 8 Pierce 9 Carter 10Jordan
I'd have to agree with your ten, arno, except I think Vince Carter and Paul Pierce should be ahead of Jason Kidd. Actually, Carter should be ahead of Francis too(although not by much). And I would have Kobe as number one. And now the more I think about it...I feel somewhat uncomfortable with Jordan at ten, but I can't think of anyone to replace him...oh yeah...Tracy McGrady ahead of Kidd, Pierce, Francis and Nowitzki...screw it...here's my list... 1. Kobe 2. Duncan 3. Shaq 4. Garnett 5. Carter 6. McGrady 7. Francis 8. Pierce 9. Kidd 10. Nowitzki
Will have to put some thought into who would go in my top 10 and in what order but I definitely would have Iverson somewhere in the top 10 and definitely ahead of Jordan (this year anyway).
TheFreak:Shaq is a great player, but he isn't the best. He is the most dominant, but not the best. 1. Garnett 2. Duncan 3. Pierce 4. Kobe 5. Shaq 6. Carter 7. Francis 8. McGrady 9. Nowitzki 10. hmmm, this one is hard. take your pick from marbury, kidd, webber, iverson, jordan.
Top Ten Players in the NBA 1.) Tim Duncan 2.) Kevin Garnett 3.) Vince Carter 4.) Kobe Bryant 5.) Paul Pierce 6.) Shaquille O'neal 7.) Allen Iverson 8.) Steve Francis 9.) Tracy McGrady 10.) Jason Kidd
My opinion... 1) O'Neal 2) Duncan 3) Carter 4) Garnett 5) Webber 6) McGrady 7) Kidd 8) Iverson 9) Francis 10) Bryant Hon. Mention... Pierce, Payton, Marbury, Nowitzki, Allen, Jordan....
Could someone explain to me the difference between being most dominant and best? I'm guessing that it means O'Neal isn't really that "skilled." He's huge and freakishly quick for a guy his size, but isn't really the "best." I disagree. All of the guys in the NBA have been blessed with amazing physical skills. O'Neal's just at the extreme end of it. He's the most dominant. He's the best. My list: 1. O'Neal 2. Duncan 3. Kobe 4. McGrady 5. Jason Kidd 6. Paul Pierce 7. Michael Jordan 8. Rasheed Wallace 9. Allen Iverson 10. Ray Allen Toward the end that list gets a bit random.
As good as Shaq is, you can't give it to him down the stretch cause he can't make free throws. He's the most dominant player in the game, but not quite the top until he can be a weapon in the fourth quarter. 1. Tim Duncan 2. Tracy McGrady 3. Allen Iverson 4. Kobe Bryant 5. Shaquille O'Neal 6. Steve Francis 7. Dirk Nowitzki 8. Vince Carter 9. Jason Kidd 10. Kevin Garnett
Bah, I'd really like to find out if there's a single GM in the league who wouldn't rather have Shaq than Tim Duncan.
My opinion: 1. Shaq 2. Duncan 3. Kobe 4. TMac 5. Iverson 6. Garnett 7. Francis 8. Pierce 9. Carter 10. Brand
Nazr Mohammed Shareef Abdur Rahim Jason Terry DerMarr Johnson Jacque Vaughn Mark Strickland Cal Bowdler Hanno Mottola Dion Glover Leon Smith At least, when they're playing the Rockets.
1. Allen Iverson 2. Shaquille O'Neal 3. Kevin Garnett 4. Jason Kidd 5. Tracy McGrady 6. Tim Duncan 7. Kobe Bryant 8. Dirk Nowitzki 9. Predrag Stojakovic 10. Paul Pierce
1. Steve Francis 2. Eddie Griffin 3. Cuttino Mobley 4. Maurice Taylor 5. Glen Rice 6. Moochie Norris 7. Oscar Torres 8. Terence Morris 9. Kenny Thomas 10. Tie between Shaq, Kobe, or Duncan.
1. Wallace 2. Kobe 3. Tmac 4. Webber 5. Duncan 6. Garnett 7. Kidd 8. Duncan 9. Shaq 10. Franchise Although no one would agree with my number one because everyone goes by stats. I think that in due time Sheed will prove his worth, especially tomorrow on tnt vs Webber. With the very hott Blazers who have gone 6 and 1 in there last 7 games.
After seeing Nowitzki playing in person today, anyone who doesn't have him on their list.... well they're just plain STUPID.
Shaq Duncan Webber Bryant Garnett Nowitzki McGrady Pierce Carter Payton Honorable mention-Francis, Kidd, Iverson, Mourning, Stojakovic
