Did anybody go see this movie over the weekend? I've seen and heard just as many people like the movie as those that have disliked it. I've seen that the majority on here think it would be terrible but I'm sure somebody on the BBS went and saw it this weekend. My cousin saw it and said that it was hilarious but he's not exactly the type I'd like to take movie advice from. I have liked every Wayans spoof movie from "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka!" to "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood" to the first two Scary Movies but I'm just unsure about this one.
I don't know about the actual jokes of this movie, but the makeup of the Wayans brothers as white women is so freaking creepy I think it would give me nightmares just from seeing this flick.
All their movies suck and are a bad attempt at showing black vs. white stuff... ... if you would care as to compare what to do about this movie, or seeing any other of their movies, it would be like comparing drowning to suffocating...
I don't know what is more ridiculous, the stupid movies that these idiots make or that people actually pay to watch their lame ass movies.
I wonder what would happen if someone made a movie called. "Black Chicks" DD DD making a feeble attempt to hijack the thread.
Actually, what is more ridiculous is people who obviously don't like a subject, but feel compelled to enter a thread to trash those that do.
I thought it was gonna be one of those stupid and lame movies with cheap laughs but..... this movie really made me laugh hard. I would watch it again if I can.
Did you see the "Eighties Strikes Back" episode when they talked about all the offensive jokes in this movie. I immediately thought of the guys on this board that just won't let it go.
Well if were white people dressed in blackface people would be offended, and rightfully so. I hope you aren't implying it would be the same thing, because it's not. Anyways, that's a topic for the D&D forum.
