You want a nice gesture to Hakeem....

While he's in town, the only thing they (Rockets/Dream) will talk about is finalizing the details of the long-delayed sculpture that will honor him in front of Toyota Center.

    Now that's a nice gesture....

statues can be sculpted which makes them sculptures, and i forgot that not all statues are sculptures.

but that deliniation is why a sculpture in honor of hakeem will probably never be put in place.

Statues and other Sculptures were used by pagans to be honored as higher beings. Hakeem's religion requires him to believe that no one is great other then God.

It would be really difficult for the rockets to get that little bit of history and nostalgia that they were trying to get with a Hakeem statue from something that resembles a giant hairball.

what happen to the huge gold " All-Time Leading Shoot Blocker" plaque that was at the Compaq Center?

Another thing, why won't they hang all the old banners back up?
