    Although the top 8 teams are pretty close, they are pulling away from the rest in the West.

    I am shocked I am saying this but besides Denver (who I don't think will make it) I would like them to take on Suns. They actually matchup well versus them. If not Suns, NOs is also good.

    But hell looking at that it will be HARD to get out of any round in west.

    Denver then New Orleans.

    NO is still too young.

    Denver has talent but for some reason they just suck. Maybe it's because they dont play any defnese.

    hornets just lost to spurs. they are in a slump right now, which makes our win last night somewhat not that impressive. The hornets isn't the best team in the league right now.

    Is it just me... but when I look at that list... I'm in awe.

    There all pretty good teams.

    However if I had to pick it would probably be Utah or Denver. Utah will probably be the harder task but i want revenge!

    Put New Orleans into the mix as well.

    denver. this team plays zero defense, is very weak-willed, and plays zero defense (did i already say that?)

    that's why it's imperative that we get the first seed. we WILL advance if we face this team.

    when we played them, they just beat the mavericks right out of the ASB and had a day off. our win was impressive. the hornets came out with fire and had a lot of confidence.

    i think they lost the spurs b/c it's a b2b and we destroyed their confidence. we beat them down physically and mentally. now they might fall back to earth.

    i ll buy that if we do the same to like laker or something. I believe NO at #1 was a fluke.

    u do remember the hornets blew the spurs out by 20 and beat the suns before the all-star break right?

    its a b2b for them and the loss to us hurt their confidence major.

    understand that, but i just want to withhold the judgement before we can show that we can consistently beating good teams. i mean the win was impressive, but i m not sure "how impressive" it really is

    so far we are 8-11 against WCF top teams if i re-call correctly.

    Utah---because the Rockets lost to them last year at home in 7th game

    next Dallas--because the Rockets lost in the first round to Dallas a couple of years back after taking a 2-0 lead

    next Los Angeles Lakers--because the Western Finals would be sweet if the Rockets could beat Kobe Bryant and the Lakers
