Post a lineup in the lineup thread. In the baseball sim, don't post a new lineup every time you want a change, simply edit your post and put your changes in color. I'll notice for the dates of edit when I'm doing rosters. There's a seperate thread for trades. Reading it should pretty much clue you in on how that goes. We'll pass the trade deadline today, actually, but you can still make trades after the deadline that will occur next season. Also, your players are under contract, so you need to resign any pending free agents that you don't want to leave. Normally, this is done in chat. I'm often there in the evenings. If you're unable to ever get in chat, this may also be done via email... but that's more difficult on you, since it's harder to negotiate. The rest is pretty self-explanatory, I think... though other people might have more to add. Some other stuff, like free agency, the draft, and spring training, only take place during the off-season.
