I have to give it to Landry. Give him two inches of height and all of a sudden he is an all star power forward. A true 6'10" power forward with those post moves, that outside shot and those hops... he would be a beast.

    This.

Though all of them could use the extra 2 inches. If I had a choice I would give it to Landry though. He already is a beast.. He would just be ridiculous as a legit 6'10.

I can't see Hayes benefiting more than Landry because Hayes would still be mostly a defender, even with an extra inch. Landry would improve on both ends

    No Luis Scola.

He'd improve the most, outside of Carl Landry, maybe.

I think Scola instantly becomes an legitimate all-star, if he is 6,11 to 7,0 tall with a few more pounds. It would almost be like having the twin towers over again. A new version. He'd win over more rebounds, and easily being a double-double player.

He'd be on par with Gasol or better. Not as skilled offensively, but a much more aggressive post player who could get tough points.

It would almost be like having a smaller, faster agile version of Yao.

I'd say Landry as far as the given choices, Landry would be comparable to David West. Maybe, a rich man's version of David West and a poor man's Amare Stoudemire.

    Here's my $0.02:

Brooks - The benefit he gets from being shorter than average is his speed. If he were taller he probably wouldn't be as fast, but he'd be more able to get off a shot in front of taller defenders.

Hayes - He depends on scrappy play, so I don't think increased height would help him much.

Lowry - His size is what allows him to get to the basket and make contact to get to the line. Increased height would definitely help Lowry out.

Landry - Really athletic and quick. Increased height would probably make him a bit slower. Already a nice rebounder/blocker.

Dorsey - Has really long arms. Height probably wouldn't help as much as it would help the others.

My choice would have to be Lowry.

    Hayes, of course

he isnt a scorer because other centers/pf are taller than him
he cant use all his defensive awareness/skills because other centers/pf are taller than him

if hayes was 7"0' he would be among the top 5 centers in the league!!

chuck might not be the scrapper/fighter he is now if he were 7'0 tall.

i dont think CHuck got coddled too much coming up through ranks. He was and is always hungry.

Landry on the other hand would be a beast with a couple more inches.

At 6'8 Chuck would still be the same player he is now but with slightly more scoring ability.

 Who cares! They are all passed puberty so growing a couples inches is highly unlikely.

I thought about Landry first, but decided on Aaron. A couple of extra inches could help him as a scorer more than anyone else. That wouldn't change his secondary playmaking role. I didn't feel extra height would help Landry as an attacker or defender to an appreciable level.

I don't see why Landry wouldn't be another Stoudemire if he were 6'10 or 6'11. He'd be taller than West with more hops, so i don't think he'd be comparable to him, but Amare's game is similar to Landry's in that he's got no real moves. Landry's jumper would be better. Amare isn't a great defender now, Landry could definitely match him on defense.

I think Landry becoming Amare is a bigger leap than Scola becoming an All-star, so based on that comparison i'd say Landry benefits the most.

Scola will benefit the most. But since his not on the list, I take AB. With that 2 extra inch, he will have a easier time in defense as he have better size, with that couple inch, his court vision is bound to be better. Entry passes will be easier, as he no long have to depend on the bounce pass alone.

At 6'11 Carl Landry would be an Amare Stoudemire-like athletic freak.
