    We have no choice but to play Thabeet. Everybody can judge this guy and say he sucks but he has never got real playing time and an opportunity. Lets instill confidence in him by making him the starting center and see what he can do.

    We have been dying for an athletic big man who can protect the rim and Thabeet just might be that guy.

    In terms of raw talent their is a reason why he was the second pick, you cant coach 7-3 and athletic.

    I agree if he can stick with the team he has the potential to bring in more chinese viewers then any other current rocket

    If you're talking pure potential according to the laws of physics, then it has to be Thabeet. Since he is the worst player, ergo least actualized, he has the most room to improve. He's all potential and no kinetic, like a big fat boulder seated precariously at the edge of a steep cliff.
