    From what I've heard, Kaplan.

I heard the Kaplan can do wonders for your score if you follow their plan exactly.

just too my OATs (optometry admission test) today. i got a 320 out of a possible max score of 400 (it's in the 84th percentile). i crammed for one week and if it wasn't for the thickass Kaplan review book, i would have been dead in the water.

    THANKS KAPLAN!

I think Kaplan is twice a week with tests available every Saturday(I think you pay extra for the tests).

I don't think it really matters...The key is following their instructions(Learning the material on time, taking the scheduled practice tests). Most of my friends who have taken the MCAT opted for the Kaplan, as I think it is cheaper also.

Both prep courses are proven. It is less important which course you take, and more important which course you feel comfortable with and can commit to.

So look at the schedules, figure out your budget, and just pick a course. Take the course seriously and try to peak right before the test, and you'll do fine.

(Disclaimer: I have never taken the MCAT, only the LSAT. My score went up 8 points on the LSAT due to a prep course.)

I actually took both of the review courses (as I had to retake the MCAT), but I preferred TPR better. I think it really depends on what type of person you. TPR is a little more detailed oriented and structured while Kaplan is a little more general and it's up to you to study more. Also I thought the TPR workbooks were more helpful than the Kaplan Q-bank.

You should also try looking into ExamKrackers as they have some good books and studying materials. I don't think you can really go wrong with any of these companies as long as you put in the work. Good luck w/ the studying.

Now you know that an internet clutchfans poster's parent's sibling's daughter scored a 40. Crazy.

    I don't find much of a difference between a 37, 40, and a 42. It's probably the difference between a good day and a bad day.
