Which players are gonna take us to the next level?

Watching the utah at lakers game really hurts i mean both teams getting so many easy baskets both teams got so much talent, both teams athletic, we really need to upgrade our roster so which player do you think are going to take us to the next level?

Chuck Hayes. Next season Chuck Hayes will improve and become a 30/15 playa. Believe it or not. :D

    Mike Miller. Easily

Guy is a great and consistent shooter and a very good spark off the bench.

Something like Head, Jackson would do good.

    Rafer, Brooks
    T-Mac, Mike Milla
    Battier, Mike Milla
    Scola, Landry, Hayes
    Yao, Mutombo (probably), pick.

He would be more than perfect in my eyes. He has nice handles and can shoot from anywhere. Right now he has to create his own shot a lot since his teamates aren't that great, but with Tmac and Yao he will be able to do some more spot-up shooting. Doubt Head and Jackson would be enough right now, maybe at the trade deadline... then again, they did giveaway Gasol.

If Novak can learn to rebound and be less of a liability on the defensive end then he would be another great addition. No reason why he can't do what Krover does (minus making girls hearts flutter in Utah that is).

I think we can have Mike Miller for Bobby and our first rounder (and maybe cash?).

That would be a sweet deal. They get more capspace cleared and a pick. We get 6th man of the year.

Mike Miller eating all the backup 2 and 3 minutes intruiges me (should be around 25 minutes).

Great option IMO, gives us the opportunity to catapult into top contender position considering we'd still have the MLE to play with. Maybe pick up Diop as well?

a shooter who can create his own shot with size -> mike miller would fit this team to a T. he can score off screens, do it off the dribble a little bit, penetrate...

our offense would increase 2-3 levels with mike miller

Does Bogut want out of Milwaukee? I think he could be a good fit. He can pass pretty well for a big man and rebound. What would Milwaukee being looking for in return for Andrew Bogut?

Bogut doesn't want out, there was an article a few weeks ago about how he was excited for his new coach Skiles

I truly believe that if all the players are healthy, we are good enough. During the streak, we showed that. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have a more consistent point guard and a backup for McGrady (Luther doesn't count).

Don't have player names in particular but in the following order:

    1. Slashing, big SG/SF who not only gets to the line but makes his free throws
    2. A real shooter that does not give up more points than he scores
    3. Backup or Starter PG. A guy who can hit a three and penetrate. I still like Rafer for 25 minutes a night either off the bench or starting.
    4. Backup C/PF. Size, some athleticism and a mean streak. Doesn't have to be a great player but someone who rebounds, plays defense, can run the floor but most of all can catch a pass and finish (sorry Deke)

If Morey can get two out of four of those things accomplished while getting rid of Head, Novak and B. Jackson then he truly is the Wizard (sorry Walt Williams).

Hopefully we can deal Jackson's contract before the season as opposed to waiting before the deadline. Most likely we must wait until the deadline when Jackson's contract is at its highest value. The icing on the cake would be to resign him when/if he is released, although I hope Francis contributes and Brooks improves. Making Jackson expendable.

Miller, Maggette, or any player from that tier would be a huge boost. If we did get Miller we could also deal Novak with Jackson to make room for a signing.

You guys are talking about Miller and Magette like it was easy to catch up these players. We will have to give mor than Head or Jackson + 1st rounder for Miller. I know Miller has a big contrat for a player like him but we'll have to give more.

we already have a pretty good team, and if they can stay healthy next season, they can win it all.

i have problem if we add a backup center and penetrating SG with great touch, we do not need a shooter!

We did plenty of running during the streak. Then we stopped.

Why would Memphis want TWO PG's that are suck in the 'offs, and is ancient, respectively?

They want young guys that are good!

Mmn, sorry for the double post, but why are you guys insisting that we keep Francis, but trade away Alston?

At this point in time, Aging Alston > Aging Francis.
