I found this Poll on NBA.COM
Right now its 70% Yao - 30% Oden

Quite frankly, I find this poll blatantly stupid and ignorant.

Yes it is. It's just a cleverly disguised poll with the aim of identifying Yao haters.

Of course if it's a Yao vs Amare poll or Oden vs Bowie poll, that's another story...

Yao will re-injure himself but he will prove to be the superior center as well.

Well, Yao and Oden are the only two injured notorious centers in the league with season enders. Still a cheap shot to Yao though...

First, dumb poll, asking Rockets fans. Second, Oden has yet to prove any sort of worth, while Yao has been great when healthy. Are you really a Rockets fan?

Oden hasn't done a damned thing in the league yet. If both are healthy, how could anyone not pick Yao?

Oden seems likes a nice guy, but his resume in this league is practically blank. Yao has overcome most doubters and become a top center in this league. Probably the best offensive center. Though DH is probably the best combination of defense and offense. Though DH's offense is kinda limited to flashy dunks. The main people who vote for Oden in the nba.com poll are probably Blazer fans or hate Yao because he's Chinese.

DH and offense in the same sentence?
He bullies people less gifted than him and scores on putbacks...

Where is the option for "They will both re-injure"

What's the point in adding the "if healthy" and then giving people the option to say they won't be healthy?

Yao is MUCH better. Oden's skills remind me of Kelvin Cato.

any of you guys think that maybe TMAC is cursed by the injury bug and with his presence, injures other stars around him?? He and Grant Hill signed with Orlando... Grant Hill plays a total of 47 games with McGrady...

McGrady comes to Houston... Yao plays 80 in Mac's first year. then avgs 53 games/yr for the next 3. Played 77 last year, but missed the last 4 in the playoffs.

Maybe TMAC has brought along some INJURY CURSE with him... I dont recall this many injuries during the Hakeem Era or the Steve Francis Era...

Lets be real here... Oden is much better than Cato. Oden is better in a wheel chair/crutchs than Cato was healthy... (i know...im exaggerating lol)

Yao is the better player, but I wouldn't expect either to stay healthy as a major contributor.

yao is much better than oden right now ,though oden is sure to have more potential to be developed.

yao is widely recognized as the most dominant offensive weapon in the league ,while oden is still remained as a rough boy.
