The only TEAMS worth watching to me are the Magic, Spurs, and Nuggets. They all have a number of nice players. The Kings and Mavs are on the downslide I think, but they'll still be more than competitive. The Lakers, Heat, and Cavs really only have 1 or 2 good players for the most part. Spurs and Nuggets will play tough, but I'd most like to see the Magic because they should be pretty solid and 2 of my top 4 favorite players.

Magic has to be number one, but Lakers will be good too. Kobe vs. T-mac to see the number one shooting guard in the league.

Lakers, I would like to see T-Mac destroying Kobe with Yao Ming on his side.

    Heat, I always enjoy the Yao-Shaq hype/matchup.

I can't wait to see the franchise again. He is probably going to dunk over YAO.

I think the Spurs are going to be the team to beat in the West now that Shaq is gone. I'd love to go to the Spurs game.

My #1 games are always those against utah.

I understand that the teams are completely different from the mid/late 90's, but I love watching the Jazz lose.:D

    The Magic.

I know, it's lame. But it's going to be fun to see how Francis plays. I want to see if he tries to light the Rockets up, or if he's mature enough to settle down and play with a leadership role.

I bet one game against Orlando next year is a blow-out win. The other game will come down to the wire.

I think most Chinese fans here would also select the game vs. Magic as their first choice. Steve has a bunch of fans in China, and the latest trade caused hot debates in almost every basketball BBS. So it wouldn't be a surprise that the Chinese TV live feed the two games vs. Magic.

I would pick Spurs, which is the best team IMO. If we can beat them at least twice, the Rockets could be called a contender then.

i think it would be funny, if when francis is introduced to the crowd at T-Center, everybody give him the silent treatment, the same gag as in baseball, when the new teammate returns to the dugout after hitting a homerun, and everybone just sits there, and does not congragulate him. Of course this would have to be pre-planned, with no leaks, by all in attendance, except for the Orlando team (who would obviously leak it to Francis). This way the only noise in the whole building would be his Magic teammates hooting and hollering for Stevie!!
