I was thinking about this yesterday (I was really bored as you can tell) and I couldnt think of anyone, probably since I've only been on board since June. Well anyways, based on what you've learned on this board, or off the board for that matter, which other poster do you think is most like you and why?
HeyDude is most like me, but only because Say_Jack got banned, so I don't count him anymore. I'm still kinda expecting a heycharlie from an Asian member soon, though.
Sometimes I find myself identifying with a lot of what Manny Ramirez says, but then I remember that he is a liberal Red Sox fan, so how alike could we really be?
Awesome. I think I'm probably a lot like ZRB (God, did I ever never think I'd say that). When it comes to Rocketball, I am also inclined toward the "They rule! They rule! They suck! They rule!" school of fandom, though the last few years of losing have beaten me down. I still watched every game, but with less urgency. And I think that's true of ZRB too. Looking forward to renewed sense of urgency starting Wednesday. On politics, I think we're well matched as well. But on that most important issue -- that one that goes to the core of who you are as a poster and as a person -- we are most similar of all. We both agree that Bob Dylan is the coolest cat in the history of cool cats. Oh, and also I'm 25% Aussie. Good one though, T_J.
maybe grizzled a bit...but not totally. we're both canadian, both love hockey, and both follow basketball. so yeah...prob him.
RedShadow is probably the most like me since we are friends in real life. But that's also because I know more about him than most other posters. We both like RPG's, PS2's, DBZ, Rockets, women (hehehe.), hate school, and so on. Too bad he only posted like 4 times on the BBS. I'm going to smack him for taking up space on this BBS.
You should never admit that kind of thing in mixed company. I'd say Mrs. JB. Because we're both non-Christian, lefty, pro-choice girls. She's funnier than I am, though. And nicer. And I eat meat. I can't believe Jeff doesn't like chili. That's just freakish. (Edited because it occurs to me that obviously Elvis is the male version of me. Our friends and family think we're weirdly alike, and we *did* get married and all. But I don't think of him primarily as a cc.net poster, so he wasn't my first thought!)
Rimbaud - since we always want to be right and never argue an issue from the typical perspective. Of course, we differ in that I write clearer than he, and he has a better sense of history and event than I.
I'm gonna go with rockHEAD. However, unlike him, I'm just too lazy to post the strange and often entertaining articles I come across on the internet.
Tough one. Maybe fadeaway regarding the sense of humor...in terms of coming up with ridiculous trades, it would be Hottodie...in terms of being annoying, it could be heypartner...hmm... Perhaps it would be easier if someone else told me which poster is most like me.
