Within the next 1-3 years, what vehicle are you looking to get? Post pics if you can. I currently drive an Audi A4 with a 2-liter 4-cylinder engine. It's a solid car, but it consumes way too much oil, in hindsight it feels overpriced, and it just doesn't have the oomph like my neighbor's BMW 335i. I want a 2009 E63 AMG since I dislike the new Mercedes E-class. Considered the Panamera and the CTS-V, but I can't find them at the same deal w/warranty as this one E63. 6.2 liter V8, 507 bhp, 0-62 ~4.3 sec Black exterior, beige/tan interior.
She is so purrtyy   I will be treating myself to an Audi A5 once I get my CPA licenses in 2013. *crosses fingers*
I bought my own first car just this past summer, a 2010 Corolla S. My goal is to get a new 3 series BMW in five years or so. That's a huge goal of mine for some reason.
Kind of out of nowhere, I've been hankering for an early 90's, hell maybe even older, Porsche 911. Hopefully I don't give in and do something stupid.
I just hit 160,000 miles on my '04 Acura TL and am casually looking around in the event I need to buy a new car if this dies on me. It's running great, though, so I'm hoping to go past 200,000 miles relatively trouble free. I don't care for the looks of the current TL's, so I'll be waiting to see what the 2012 MMC (rumored to be released around March) will look like. They're supposed to tone down that bucktooth grill on it. If I don't care for that, then I'll wait for the next gen Acura and see what that looks like. I love the looks of the A5, but that car is underpowered/overpriced. By the time you give it a "proper" V6, it's even more overpriced. Combine that with my fear of German-make reliability, and I think I've pretty much scratched it off my list. The 3-series is also a good looking car that I like, but every princess and their mother drives one, and again... overpriced when you decide to put options in. I also don't care for the 70's looking consoles on some of these cars. There're really no cars out there right now that I think fit the bill of what I like. The TL would've been great had they not decided to make the damn thing look like a Transformer. I wouldn't mind getting something like a Volt if the price comes down and the thing is reliable, too.
(fingers crossed) by the end of this year, but it may end up in 2012. And it will be a "pre-owned" 04-06.
How about Volvo? I knew growing up they were universally hated, but I've loved mine. The only hassle so far is having to change the headlights every couple of years, and that just requires 20 bucks and ten minutes in your garage.
I like any AMG model but they're higher in price and more expensive to maintain. In the next year or so, I want to buy a pre-owned hard top convertible m3 Spoiler
Depends on what my finances look like after graduating, but I'd consider a the new Charger R/T (on the "cheaper" end) or a Mercedes E550 (obviously on the more expensive end). I'd have to get a sedan for sure though because I hate the inconvenience of my coupe sometimes.
I'm probably going to drive my current car into the ground (2010 Suzuki Sx4 Crossover). It's great for the winter. Then, I'll probably buy something else cheap that gets me from place to place.
Whatever the best value car is in (hopefully) ten years, when it's time to put down my current Honda Civic.
If I don't give into my midlife crisis, I will get rid of my Chevy Colorado and buy an F-150 (used, but less than 2 years old) toward the end of this year, beginning of next year.
