I have never been to the rodeo- this is not my kind of music, but my woman wants to see Lyle Lovett Monday, Do you park at a satellite location and ride a bus? I hope so. I don't drink anymore, so drinking lots of beer will not make this more tolerable. Let me know where to park.... Thank you

The Reed rd. park and ride by 288 and near the Dome was a good place to park. It is really close and it doesn't take much time in line since most of the park and rides are on the outskirts of town. I wouldn't suggest parking at the Dome, though. Good luck and gig 'em Lyle ;)

This year, we did the park and ride at Westwood and it didn't take long at all.

Last year, the one at Reed Rd. was really really busy as was the
    one at Delmar Stadium.

I went on Tuesday night, and the Reed Rd lot was really nice. I showed up around 7:30, got a good parking spot, and there was no wait for a bus. After the concert, you had to wait about 15 minutes for the buses to get stationed, but after they were the line really flew. The line after the game looked exceptionally long-- I thought I'd be there for hours, but it only took about 20 minutes. Very fast, and it took no time to get out of the Reed Rd parking lot afterwards.

Enron Field might be a good place to park too, but I didn't try it...

I guess they learned after last year! I might try the Enron lot next week. I took it last year and it wasn't too bad, but not great either.

Good luck and have fun! :)
