My sister either never got the birth certificate or lost the certificate that belonged to her little 5 year old. He'll be starting school in August and she asked me if I knew where to go to get one. I have no kids and have no idea where to go.

Is there anyone here who can help me out?

Go to Fiesta on Wirt Rd. If you talk to the guy at the jewlery counter, he can hook you up!

You'll need to go to the City's Health and Human Services Department at 8000 N. Stadium Drive. The Vital Statistics Bureau (birth and death certificates) is located on the 1st floor. The building itself is on the corner of Old Spanish Trail and Stadium Drive just north of the Reliant Stadium - Astrodome area.

    Here's the City's link
