Where to buy red hairspray/paint?

I decided to "kick it up a notch" and spray paint my hair red for tonight's game. Any advice on where to find said material? Big plus if I can wash it out since, y'know, it'll look weird the next morning at work.

if you really want to kick it up a notch then you will go as Turbo but in all red with a white head thing.
