I saw him hurt his ankle when going up for a shot(he made it). He was hobbling down the court and then Rudy took him out with about 2 mins to go in the third. Near the end of the game, I think I saw him up cheering with his right ankle HEAVILY wrapped [IMG] He didn't look he was putting any weight on it. This could be trouble, with Steve's reoccuring ankle problems, and now Cat, the season might be injury riddles. Maybe Rudy didn't want him to play b/c they are playing tomorrow and the game was well in hand. I hope that that is all it is. We will see [IMG]

According to the Chron, he did hurt the ankle, but it isn't serious.

I didn't see the game...but it could have been heavily taped with ice under it to keep the swelling down as much as possible. Regardless of how minor it could be, there could still be a lot of swelling, it depends on the player. If you don't roll your ankles, swelling could be a big factor. For me, probably over 100 times on each ankle (I kid you not...I've actually rolled my ankles just by putting too much weight on one ankle while standing), they don't even swell anymore, becuase the tendons are completly snapped. The roll out of socket and back in all the time...and I'm back in the game 5 minutes later (now I one some good braces) but once...my right ankle rolled out of socket when I was sitting (non pc) indian style and it stayed out of socket. I had to pull a Mel Gibson, and press on my foot until it popped back into place...I think breaking bones is less painful.
