Im ugrading my ibook and cant find any places in Houston that sell Ibook parts. Of paticular interest is upgrading memory and hard drive space. Through UT computer store I can get 60gb internal hard drive for $114 and a 256 memory chip for $50. Is there anywhere in h-town that can beat this. I dont mind using used parts if the store is reputable.
check over the internet and ebay you can get those for much cheaper there, plus save on taxes (although some will be offset by shipping)
Your iBook takes standard laptop RAM and hard drives. You can get parts anywhere. The only thing special is whether it's a G3 or a G4, because that determines what type of RAM you need.
