Where do you rank Ricky Rubio as an NBA prospect, and will he just stay in Europe?

    I love his game but I think it is still a huge risk for a team to take him at #1. He still needs to fill out, get a consistent shot, and most importantly make it clear he wants to be in the NBA eventually. Right now I see him staying in Europe, but because of his amazing potential I don't think he slips past #3 in next years draft.
