http://thepiratebay.org/ The only one I know of is Pirate Bay. It has a nice comment/rating features that allows users to rate torrents. Where do you find your torrents?
Go to http://www.flextorrents.com -- it's a torrent search engine started by FlexBeta. It does a search on the major torrent sites and returns them to you.
http://www.torrentsearch.com searches a bunch of sites at once for you, including piratebay and torrentspy
