I read about this lady and it made me want to read her book... Blinky, less light. I can't find it on-line, help me.
I can't really help you, but just wanted to say, what a very sad but also good story about how she was still able to accomplish things.
You didn't even go to that site to find out, did you? And you're asking questions? Some people... they are... simply... well, YOU know...
If you DO buy it, let us know how to get it. A few people in this thread seemed "touched" by that story. Are you willing to bet anything?
No_answer's yahoo link gave the information on how to get one. Send a donation check to West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation 708 West Forest Ave Jackson, TX 38301 *this is the same address as on her website www.dianneodell.com and ask for a copy of the book. I would imagine that it wasn't mass produced, but may be now that she is gone (which says so much about the power of media... and makes me sad at all the good books that don't get publicity and fall into obscurity.. .end rant) and so many people are looking for copies of it.
I guess you lost the smilie bet? Yes I meant Rashmon's and the answer was updated 3 hours ago... so it's not last week. You are starting to irritate me... and that's really hard to do.
No, I asked him to bet, but he didn't respond. So... I didn't lose it. Then someone typed a mistake... and 3 hours ago in InterWeb time is a week, thank you very mucch. Cool! Three more and I get a watch. No, bets, Royals? Aw, man, c'mon... I love a challenge... "What's wrong, Eastwood...? Are ya yella?" <- name that movie (difficulty: moderate)
2 points and a foul, Chuck Wagon. "You like me... you really really like me...!" <- name that Oscar Winner (difficulty:easy)
