I want to attend a weekend play-off game in Sacramento. Where can I find out the schedule? Where can I buy it? Thanks a lot.
Its not set that the Rockets will be playing the Kings in the 1st round. So I doubt there are tickets for sale yet.
I know I know. But it seems to be very likely. I bet the Queens would prefer to play us over Memphis. So they will try their best to win their remaining two games. I read some other threads that the Rox are selling play-off tix already, so I suppose the Queens are selling theirs right now.
Single game playoff tickets have been for sale for over a week now -- there have been threads here, we've mentioned it on our site, 610 did a big deal around the first sale date, we've talked about it on every broadcast for the past 3+ weeks ... yes, they're on sale, through all the regular ways you buy Rockets tickets. No team waits until the dates are announced; it's not enough time. Tim
http://www.nba.com/tickets/tickets.html I checked here and then clicked Ticket Information for both the Queens the Rox. But only the Rox is selling playoff tickets. Any thoughts on how I can get the tix for the Queens?
What day do the playoffs start? Is it Saturday? If so, does that mean Game 3 will be either Wedensday or Thursday and Game 4 either Friday or Saturday? And what time do weekday games usually start, still 7pmish? I really want to go but I have tests next week that may limit what day I can drive down to Houston, so I need all the info I can get.
Can people who had experience buying playoff tix spill the beans, please? I want to know the usual schedule.
You have to wait to find out who plays where, for there are still many games to play and the playoff picture can change.
All we know right now is that we'll open the playoffs this weekend and that our first two games will be on the road. The earliest the NBA can release the schedule is Thursday (and they're usually very good about getting it out right away), because the playoff seedings won't likely be finalized until late Wednesday night. Right now, if you buy tickets, you can buy for Rockets Home Game A, Game B, or Game C. We're guaranteed to play A and B, since those will be games 3 and 4 of a 7-game series. We'll play C if the series goes to 6 games. There's plenty of tickets left still, but they've started to move fast. I'll try and keep people here updated on the status. The very lowest price level ($12) is already sold out for Game A and there's very limited availability in the club section (highest price) for any of the games, but there's good availability on everything in between right now. That won't last long -- there's usually a big rush on tickets after the opponent gets confirmed -- but it's where we sit right now. Tim
