I have no idea where the Rockets stand right now... Are we even considered a serious WC/NBA Finals contender or should we start rebuilding?

Is Yao done? I don't want to write him off yet at the begining of the season, but this is his last season, will we resign him at a minimum salary level?

Sure we probably have enough asset to go for a trade to bring in a star player, but will they be attracted to play for the Rockets? Bosh is a typical example, but I am glad he's not here...

I read someone posted something like this before, if we continue to hustle like we do last year, we might end up not making into the playoff and going into the draft at mid level where our draft picks could be only just average players... while lousy teams enter the draft with high prospects waiting for them to pick and end up being better than Houston...

NY is doing a lot better than us right now, I project us possibily having a higher draft pick than them, which make our swap picks worthless..... Look at the OKC Thunder, they spent the last 2 yrs rebuilding, getting good young players like Durant and Westbrook, which makes them a stronger team than us...

Is this what Houston management team is doing right now? I hope we are not tanking...
