As of today, we are 26-31 and 25 games left. Morey repeatedly said we are going to win for this season. Now it is questionable to get a playoff spot even we can win the 80% of the remaining games. I do not see any playoff chances for us no matter how we are going to do. It is time for changes, starting with management. Your thoughts?

Morey just say's things like "were looking to make the playoffs" to keep a good face with the media and the fans. I really doubt he would let his true intentions toward the future of this team, out for everybody to know..
That is apparently an excuse. This is not the first year that yao went down, but this is the most disappointed season in recent years. It is not that I did not try to keep hope.
I don't know where I'm goin but I sure know where I've been hanging on the promises in songs of yesterday. An' I've made up my mind, I ain't wasting no more time but here I go again, here I go again
We are going to keep adding pieces until we have enough to sign or trade for a superstar. Lowry Martin Scola Nene Chuck Terrence Lee Is an extremely solid core...
I don't think we're out of the playoff race really, I mean we will get stomped if we get the 8th seed but look at the teams ahead of us all the way to the 7th seed. Aside from that if we make major trades, chances are our team will suffer a few games ruining our chances, but looking to next year is much more important at this moment. Anyways here is my "super professiona" analysis of the teams ahead of us up to the 7th seed. Denver, if they lose Melo they are toast, Utah has a 4 game losing streak probably will learn what Sloan meant to them, Memphis Rudy gay is out for a while they will feel the burn Phx..... Psh.... (insert own explanation on this team) Golden State this season has shown if they lose 1 of their top 3 they are terrible...
I think if Morey does end up pulling off a trade for Nene (assuming he doesn't give up guys like Patterson or Lee) then this team could legitimately make a run at a playoff berth. But I also think the 8-seed is pretty much best case scenario. I'm not one of those guys that is completely against making the playoffs as an 8-seed, though. If the Rockets have the chance to make the playoffs, they should go for it... period.
We're going to add a piece or two. We're going to coax Yao to come back for a little bit of nothing. And then we're going to make another trade either this offseason or next season to bring in another major piece. And then we're going to compete for a championship.
I think we all know where we are going. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/AWtCittJyr0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
