I am curious to know when you will see Yao first (besides the TV) The options could be - AT the HOuston airport At a pre-season game. DUring a regular season game. OR a RockHead moment (you must have a camera to prove this!!) Or Have already seen him. I actually saw at a game in CHina!!!! versus some International team in Guangzhou earlier this year.
Since I live practically next door to Bush IAH Airport and have the day off, I'll definately be there to greet Yao Ming. Ill take my cameras with me. Do they allow camcorders in airports? I dont travel much. Its good to finally have Ming here. Even if he isn't playing in the game tommorrow night I bet it will pump up our players just to see him sitting on the bench. Almost like were telling the Magic "Look what we got!"
While I'll see Yao during every Rocket game on League Pass, the first time I'll see him live is November 1st!! I can't wait!! The Rockets play the Nuggets on that day, and it looks like the Rockets will win convincingly. The Nuggets have nothing. I will be at the airport today and will be taking pics also. I will also attend Thursdays game vs. the Sixers which he should be getting a few mins in.
I'll probably see him on Nov 2 when they play the Raptors. That's the only time I'll be in Houston when I could see him. Wish I could see him sooner. (in person, that is. I'm sure I'll see plenty on TV.)
