I see Yao getting better and better with every game. Now that he seems to be getting a little more aggressive on the court I pose this simple question to the BBS. When will Yao have a break out game for 50 points? He already broke the 40 point mark back in February against Atlanta, so the next logical milestone would be fidddy..... You can do it Yao!!! GO ROCKETS!
i think the two conditions need to be... 1. gets at least 27-30 shots 2. refs officiate game fairly, and by fairly, i mean in the rockets favor. he needs at least 7 FT attempts unless those happen, it;ll be tough. then of course, yao did hit 21-21 shots in the CBA finals, he does tend to step it up when it matters (another bad similarity with Shaq...)
i'm thinking 15-20 FT attempts at least to get 50 for a center nowadays...he'll have to make 20 shots if he makes less than 10 FT's...that's hard to do! He'll definitely have to get his calls...

Not that iit is that important for him to hit 50pts, but it would be sweeeeeeet.... I would equally as happy if he just started smackin' people around and dunkin' on thier A$$...... Get the attitude of I'm 7'6", your not and I am going to dunk on your A$$.... Or when the defenders are hacking the ****e our of him in the low block to land a few inadvertant elbows and then dunk on thier A$$...
big deal... David got 70 once.. and Hakeem never pass 60. It's all about the Ws. but still, GO YAO, KEEP SHOOTING!!
50 would be cool, but it seems like he won't have the stamina for that kind of production for awhile.
