I saw some news that said they really don't know when he will come back! I'm scared!
Poor yao, without TMAC, he is more like TMAC of last season in MAGIC, playing with a hopeless team.:(

i think its a good thing that tmac is out at the beginning. now Yao can learn how to dominate and take over games, and be the leader.

It is very concerning because T-Mac needs to get fully fit as soon as possible.Yao needs to keep it up but he can't do it consistently without the other players stepping up on both ends of the floor.

I'm torn, I want our players to play at thier best.......BUT we gave up alot and I want to see him play. If he is telling KJ that he wants to play LET HIM PLAY!!! If Dream can play durring Ramadon (SP?) then T-MAC can play with a sore hip..

Without TMac, the Rockets resembles the Chinese National Team...

Lets not go overboard. The Rockets competed hard without T-mac.

LOL, I just threw it out there to have some fun.

BTW, if TMac goes to IR, then the Rockets are in big trouble. However, Yao would be the-man of the team. There is no one else to go to. The offense would go through him every time. If Yao can learn from that experience and take the full control of the team, then it's worth it.

If Yao goes down, however... The season is over and we might just well tank it...

Actually, that's a sweet idea. Yao gets a not serious injury (but takes a long time to recover), takes a needed and deserved rest and improves his conditioning during the time, and the Rockets luck out for next year's #1 pick. That's how the Spurs got Duncan anyway.

    OK, my kidding is over.

We were struggling in last 2 games. We had many chances to seize the victory by made some of those open shots. Anyway it's better for T-MAC to miss the beginning of the season than to miss the paly-off

I said this woul dhappen when the trade took place ,thats the real reason why I didnt want it to go down.even though t manc is a better player then sf,mobley, and cato, but he is one dude.I do agree though that this might help yao learn how to be the man and dominate.

Wasnt T-Mac upset that he couldnt play in the last game because he was confident that he is ready? I am sure that he feels like he can go, its up to the trainers....

    No official announcements yet?

Dude, if he doesn't play we've got a (semi) superstar who can't handle the double team and a bunch of other guys who can't hurt the other team for doubling.

    Without McGrady, we're ****ed.
