I been a rocket fan since I've moved to Houston in 82. I don't ever recall a rocket team this bad with decision making or should I just say plain stupid. I told myself that we should give JVG the rest of the year to evaluate his team. I'm now certain the tandom of FRANCIS AND MOBLEY needs to be broken up for the good of the team to succeed. To tell you guys the truth, I wouldn't care if we get rid of both guard, so we can make a drastic change with the team. I just don't see any consistency or improvement with this team. JJ can handle the sg position with out no doubt. Francis need to move to the sg or he should be traded for another pg. I just don't know any more.

How much more of this agony must we take before this CD and JVG make a move?

Personally, I think Francis would play better at sg. If we could get an above average pg who knows how to run an offense, that would improve things drastically.

I agree. SF would have to worry about distribution of the ball and concentrate on scoring, and not screwing up the in bound pass.

I think they work well together. They are one of the most athletic backcourts in the league and play well off each other. Steve is getting more comfortable at the PG position, and it is apparent by the way he continues to look for his teammates and be a leader on the floor. I still think it's too early to give up on Mobley and Francis, particularly when they are your lone offensive players who can breakdown defenses at will.

even if you did trade both of them. The team would still be the same if not worse then we'll have two more players dropping 20+points on the rockets 2 to 4 times a season.

    This is idiotic

People want to subtract 40 pts [more than half the scoring ]
on this team . .for a bunch of mediocre players

blame SF and CM all you want
We still weak at the forwards
and yao has a higher turnover Ratio than steve

SF hve their issues. . .but they are BY FAR not the only ones

    Rocket River
    sickening

Something has to give! We can not surely go through the season like this. Mobley has the greatest trade value. JJ is a better player than Mobley. What would you suggest?

If you've been a fan since '82 and this team depresses you, then you're probably forgetting the '82-'83 team too easily.

82-83 team did not have several top draft picks as this team does. SF and Yao.
