    And how was your experience?

For me the first time I saw the Rockets play is person was the 06-07 season when they came to the Places of Auburn Hills. I was sitting in the VIP sec. right on the floor in the 4th row. The Rockets loss that game 104-92 but I didnt' care it was still one of the best days of my life. I was so down and out becasue right before that game I had a fire and loss everything I had owned, but once I got to see the Rockets in person I was happy for the next month.

    The Summit, Houston, Texas

Went as guests of a law firm my Dad was using. It was so different than TV and you finally got to see how big NBA players really are.

The game went into OT and we lost, so it could have been better, but it was exciting and I can't stop going to games now.

1987 at the Summit against the Nuggets. They lost. The two things I remember about that game are those ugly jerseys the Nuggets used to wear and trying to figure out what was more annoying about Bill Hanzlik, his hair and mustache or that he scored in double digits that game. So I guess that's three things.

Geez, I'm sorry you had to be there. That was a real heartbreaker. At least Sammy and Horry ended their Rockets careers with bangs.

My first game was 1997, the last time the Washington Bullets came to town. It was a real treat seeing Hakeem school Muresan.

First time, oops...I thought you mean last time.

Well, first time for me was during the last year of the Summit. I remember Rudy T. not being there and it was throwback night against.....Orlando! Steve and Cat beat T-mac. :D

Weird that was my first live Rockets game as well! Chuck was injured after taking out Shaq and we still had Scott Padgett on the team.

I wore a Kentucky jersey, sat in the highest row of the lower level and all the people around me kept asking me why I was wearing UK blue and white. I told them there were 4 UK players on the two teams. Tayshaun, Chuck, Scott and Nazr Mohammed.

They also kept asking me... does Yao ever miss a free throw? He had a good night.
    :)

2006-2007, i can't remember what day it was but it was against Knicks at MSG. Rox won the game, but I forget about the score.

I was impressed of how big Yao was since I was sitting at the court side, 5 rows behind rox's bench!

I remember Yao had a good move that faked Curry, then roll to the basket and dunk it. Man, I was soooooooooo excited!

I grew up in Maryland, so my first Rox game was at the old Cap Center in DC vs. the Bullets. I remember we got to the game early during warmups and you could go down to the floor and get autographs. I remember getting most of the guys, but the only one I can remember was Sleepy Floyd. I I also remember the only one who declined was Akeem Olajuwon. At the time I did not know who he was(I was only in the 2nd grade) but my dad told me he was their best player so I wanted his autograph.

Game 1 of the '97 Playoffs vs. Minnesota. It was quite an experience. I was young. It was a dazing experience.
