    What I really hate are those people at work that end all of their emails with "Thanks in advance." Do they not realize they sound like complete dicks?

    I don't like it if the thread starter just says, "discuss" and that's it. It shows that the thread starter has no opinion of the topic at hand. If the topic starter had an actual opinion of the subject, then I really don't mind it. But just by itself is kind of lazy posting.

    On the topic of what grinds my gears...I don't like it when someone copies an article from a website, but doesn't format it. The article becomes hard to read especially when the captions from the pictures of the story bleed into the regular paragraphs. Once again..lazy posting.
