I used to love watching Wheel of Fortune when I was a kid. I don't know if I've grown out of it, or if I'm just tired of game shows in general these days, but Wheel of Fortune doesn't have the same appeal as it used to. For me, the breaking point was when the letters didn't have to be turned any more. That made Vanna useless, except she doesn't get canned like every other person that got their job replaced by new technology.
It's the only show that requires more skill than Deal or No Deal. this is beyond anything I can fathom. Howie is bald. **** son, what's up witht that anty6way?
yeah i dont understand who thought that was a good idea. deal or no deal i mean. the only thing that makes it halfway enertaining is when the people lose all there money
I loved it when they had to buy the stuff at the end, and someone always had to buy the ceramic dog or something crappy because they didn't have much money left.
It was definitely much better in the good old days...I watched an episode with my parents this past weekend and its just not the same... Of course, I'd still hit Vanna, plastic surgery or not...
Yeah - the letters don't turn around any more. They just use TV screens. Vanna walks up to a letter and just touches it and the letter appears. She's useless. In the 80's she was pretty good eye-candy. Now she's yuk. I used to hate the silly "shopping" part where they'd have to buy the ceramic dog. eh.....Wheel is over. They should let it die.
