When do Detroit and Orlando and Houston

    Have to decide if they will convey their picks to the teams that they owe. We owe Vancouver sometime in the next 3 years I believe and Detroit and Orlando by 2002 I think. I hope Detroit waits until the last second and ends up giving us the #1 pick in 2002.
