I just got a new phone, pretty black Nokia, it has really bizarre ringtones though. Like, the sound of a bottle being opened and champagne being poured out, and a child giggling. I'm not sure if they're just supposed to be midi clips designed to amuse me when I'm bored or what. But I bought a couple tones, my favorite song Mr. Tambourine Man, and "Banquet" by Bloc Party. I feel cool, cause back when i had T-mobile I could only get the T-mobile jingle (bo-ring). Anyone else get excited about these kinds of things?
My ringtone is a regular ring. I bought a ringtone for one of my favorite blues songs, and used it for about a week. I realized that with the amount my cellphone rings, I would soon get sick of one of my favorite songs, so I changed it back to a regular ring.
After much debate (I was really bored) I decided to go with "Sweet Child O Mine" by GnR. Although, if you like to listen to your radio loud in your car, I would recommend "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC. I had that one for a LONG time but finally got tired of it.
Mine is the best one ever-The Sanford & Son theme song. For my wife, it's 99 Problems. For Buck Turgidson, it's Grateful Dead's Casey Jones. For one of my other good friends, it's NBA on NBC and the other it's Common's The Corner.
my wife, my mother: (european-style patrol) "Siren" My bothers and uncles: "Spooky" Close friends: "Tropical" everyone else: "Continental"
I have an AT&T Wireless (yes, the old service) which will run out soon and Cingular will try to stick it up my... nose with their charges. In the meantime, how do I get ringtones if I don't even have Internet connection or browser or mobile web access on this one? It's a V220 from Motorola. I can't even send the pictures I take with it to friends or to myself online.
