So when I woke up this morning, I decided I'd had enough with this diabetes induced diet I have been on. I stopped at Denny's on the way to the office and had a country slam. Its better for me to get any mega carbs/calories in first thing in the morning so I can work it off the rest of the day. I realized how much I missed breakfast though, as it has always been my fave meal of the day. In fact, if I can only have one meal a day, Id want it to be breakfast. Biscuits & gravy, Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, etc......mmmmmmmm So whats your favorite meal of the day? And if you could only have one meal a day, what specifically would it be?
I used to never eat breakfast....but now I can't live w/o it. Best way to jumpstart the day and yes it is the most important meal of the day. Don't know about such a greasy breakfast though. I usually have leftovers from last night's dinner as my breakfast Usually consists of some rice, meat and veggies
Lunch. I like to eat a light breakfast, a huge lunch and a light dinner. Helps me keep my weight down.

Breakfast, easy. The inception of IHOP and a place that would serve breakfast all day was like a revelation to me. It also was a direct source of adding 20-30 lbs of fat during my college life.
Definitely dinner. when i'm having dinner, i know i'm not only eating, but i'm not working either and i have a nice relaxed night to look forward to.
Breakfast. It also qualifies as my favorite 2am post-drinking and other stuff meal to have. Thank you Whataburger, for all you do.
MMmmm..... breakfast! Pancakes...eggs...bacon...toast...hash browns... ...oatmeal...waffles...milk...fruit...sausage links... orange juice...sausage patties...cinnamon roles... ...steak...taquitos... mmmmm..... Having a hot, bountiful breakfast in the morning is a truly wonderful feeling!
Lunch, because it helps break up my work day... If this is based on food quality, I'd go with dinner..
there are some biological reasons why i hate breakfast. Especially greasy ass foods like sausage and bacon and stuff. All that grease in the mornings tear my stomach up for the rest of the day. On top of all that, if I eat in the morning I gotta crap and thats like food +40 minutes right afterwards until I use the restroom where the time is consumed. Can't take a crap at school or work.
Even though I eat predominantly cereal every day, I still enjoy breakfast the most. It makes me feel like I have awakened for the day.
Breakfast hands down but the best is of course breakfast after a long nite of heaving drinking....now if Denny only served beer.....
bingo. plus, if you drink a glass (or 4) of wine with breakfast people will think you're an alcoholic. and they'd be right.
With it being cold up here in Dallas, I made some Hamburger stew last night and it freakin' rocked...I find I have more time to cook and take my time eating at dinner time vs. rushing in the morning or lunch... I made some bad ass Chicken with Rotel Sunday night...mmmm

Lunch. Because it's free. And it's usually good as hell! I love the food the school chef cooks up! And since I'm a lunch monitor, I get a free lunch every day, unlike most of the teachers around. Heck yeah, in yo face.
