I was thinking about having rojas and verde as seperate categories but then I would also have to divide up the Chutneys and Sambols.
I generally eat about any hot sauce that's available at the time/place I'm eating. I put Sriracha on everything. Literally. Sriracha is the new ketchup.
Salsa that the family makes, Louisianna when I dont have salsa and Siracha when I eat with my chino friends at work.
