Okay, what was the best gift you received this year?

    Spaceballs rule!

Probably my $100 gift certificate to Fry's or the PS2 I bought for myself.

Well, no, my favorite gift was the big $$$ I got from relatives, but that's just money.

Ok, the PS2. The Fry's will just go to put more memory in my computer anyway. Ok, cool, PS2. Glad I worked that out.

    Oh, oh, oh and this...

My parents taking care of me and RM95's gal in Chicago. They paid for half my flight, then they're paying for all the food and boarding costs.

We leave my apartment bright and early at 4:30 am for the airport!!

I didn't really want much for Christmas, but I got some necessary and needed stuff in a fleece pull-over and a Roundtree and Yorke "Outdoors" heavy-duty coat.

Also, some other cool gifts included Radiohead's first CD, Pablo Honey, and a Skinny Puppy CD, Mind: The Perpetual Intercourse.

However, the best gift without a doubt, was a Rubik's "Magic Snake". I had one a long time ago, and lost it, but now I have one again. It is a great puzzle-type game to play.

    Damn you, Behad!! :)

My Dell 8200 hasn't made it here yet. If you've been on the Dell forums you know how those of us waiting are very impatient. Now you come along and rub my nose in it!!

When did you order yours and when did you receive it?

Ordered December 2nd, received on the 17th. It wasn't supposed to arrive till the 28th. I was pleasantly surprised. I love it! First new computer I've gotten in 3 years.

    Hmmm, tough decision.

I think I'd have to go with either my new steel-toed Doc Martin boots or Double Clutch on video.

The coolest thing I got was a Passport radar detector, something I had been talking about for quite a while. It's supposed to be the best one they make, so I shall see! :) Of course, the cash from relatives who have no idea what to get me is great.

    Jeff,

I did the same thing. (bought myself a PS2 earlier this month) What games do you have? The only ones I have are NBA Live 2002 and NCAA Football 2002, but they are easily taking up my free time. Also, on NBA Live 2002, how much success are you having shooting from the outside? On the old Playstation, it was so fun to penetrate, kick it out, and pass it around the perimeter. It seems like on this game/system that it's better to have an average post player post than to have a pretty good guard shoot an open 18-20 footer.

That should come in handy when they lower the speed limit back to 55 next month.

Sorry bout being late and away the past couple days, but having time off to be with my loved ones has been the best gift I received so far. Aside, I want to thank my wife for the nice gift certificate, and the cool hunting stuff and apparel...To my relatives, I really, really, really ( ) appreciate the shirts, and ties...no seriously, I appreciated all the gifts ;)

I really hope all my friends at this site had a good Christmas! :)

I'd have to go with the Monty Python's Flying Circus full DVD set.

    Cash is always good, too.

Since I live out in West Texas now, I don't get a chance to go to many Rockets games. However, my wife bought me some tickets for the February 1, 2002 game.

The Cat == How much you pay for your passport radar? I got one too, man I love it. I can speed through anything i want, and this radar is not some cheap **** that picks up stupid ass signals. This radar picks up up to date cop radar signals.
